With a background in education, ministry, and program leadership, he focuses on building strong teams, supporting families, and ensuring high-quality care that meets both developmental and community needs. Andrew believes in empowering staff, fostering positive relationships, and helping every child grow with confidence and purpose.

The Sprout School is a Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provider.
