Sprout School St. Andrews Director

Center Director

Theresa Ford

Meet the Director

I bring over 16 years of experience in early childhood education and a heartfelt passion for supporting young children and their families. I values building meaningful relationships with families and believe that collaboration between educators and parents is key to a child’s success. As a mother of four, I understand firsthand the importance of trust, communication, and creating a warm, welcoming school community.

As the Center Director, I’m committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.
